Alia Shawkat
Shawkat was Hannah's character on State of Grace from 2001 until 2004. In the role of Maeby Funke, Shawkat was a regular member of the cast of Arrested Development for the entire season from 2003 until the year 2019. The show was greeted with mostly highly praised reviews, with her performance occasionally singled out for praise. Pop-culture journalist Brian M. Palmer remarked that she was "one of the brightest lights on a show populated solely by bright lights," as well as Scott Weinberg of eFilmCritic described her as "one hilarious young woman."
